The Electrician (PS)(M) position has a 3 step pay system and applicants initially hired into this position/pay system will be hired at the step 1 wage rate of $42.79 per hour. After a one year period from the date of hire and upon performing successfully in this position and approved by the supervisor, the incumbent may be advanced to the step 2 wage rate of $44.57 per hour. Again, after a one year period, successful job performance and supervisory approval, the incumbent may be advanced to the step 3 wage rate of $46.35 per hour. Annual wage adjustments are reviewed and adjusted the first full pay period in May of each year.
Reclamation has determined that the duties of this position are suitable for telework and the selectee may be allowed to telework with supervisory approval.
