Duties

Help
  • Conducts specified written examination sessions ranging in size from 1 to 40 persons (Enlistment Test) and 1 to 250 persons (student tests) in a manner that puts applicants at ease while maintaining order and a smooth operating environment.
  • Instructs applicants on testing procedures and starts, observes, times and ends the test or test segments as directed.
  • Follow common test administrative practices and the instructions USMEPCOM manuals.
  • Conducts quality control checks to ensure that all forms are properly completed, and makes corrections as needed.
  • Ensures that storage and use of materials meets security guidelines outlined in the required regulatory guidance.
  • Safeguards test materials by applying security measures outlined in the required regulatory guidance.
  • Conducts advance coordination with school officials (principals or counselors) to assure adequate test site facilities offer a proper environment for testing.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience. This position requires a personnel security investigation. requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of general experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. General experience is defined as progressively responsible clerical, office or other work that indicates ability to acquire the skills needed to perform the duties of the position e.g. customer service, use of office automation, or materials storage and inventory.
