Serving as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) responsible for procurement planning, contract negotiation, contract administration, and related activities.
Managing the performance of newly assigned and awarded contracts, and follows protocol for recommending the termination of contracts.
Serving as the subject matter expert executing the rules and regulations of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) to the fullest extent of the law.
Performing and coordinating technical evaluations of applications submitted under the COR process to determine the eligibility, merits, and viability of complex, largescale projects.
Analyzing and evaluating, on a quantitative/qualitative basis, the effectiveness of contractor service delivery in meeting established goals and objectives.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
