Summary

1. All required background checks of AR 215-3, Chapter 2, paragraph 2-13:
Obtain and maintain Childcare National Agency Check with Inquires, which includes State Criminal Repository Checks (reverified every five years);
Installation Records Checks (reverified every five years);
2. Submission of DA Form 2981, Basic Criminal History and Statement of Admission (Department of Defense Child and Youth (C&Y) Programs) (annual requirement)
3. Physical evaluation, including immunizations (annual requirement); AND
4. Possess and maintain the physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, walk, bend, and stoop and stand on a routine basis.
5. Schedule includes irregular hours, evenings, and/or weekends. Duties involve working both indoors and outdoors under different types of weather conditions.
6. This position requires mandatory drug testing.
7. Position requires possess or ability to obtain within 12 month of employment a National Program for Playground Safety (NPPS) Certification.

Qualifications
This position requires the incumbent to posses generalized/specialized experience to be minimally qualified, which includes:
Experience preparing submitting and tracking various types of maintenance work orders for repair with additional expertise.
Ability to communicate in English at a level to assure the duties described can be accomplished in a safe and satisfactory manner. Experience in accomplishing the types of duties described in this job. Requires a valid state driver's license.
Requires a valid state driver's license to operate a 15 passenger vehicle.
OR
Requires a commercial drivers license (CDL) with no restrictions to operate a 24 passenger vehicle.
Education
High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
