Duties

Help
  • Serves as Knowledge Manager, information flow advisor and consultant to the Relocation Integration Directorate (RID).
  • Develop RID information technology standard operation procedures to ensure version control, file sharing, and information transfer is properly integrated and monitored for accuracy and proper validation
  • Responsible for the development of and utilization of visualization tools to display a common operating picture (COP)
  • Uploads and transmits operations orders, plans and taskings IAW RID SOPs and operational requirements
  • Facilitates and trains RID personnel in the use of collaborative tools and data/information sharing systems

  • TOP SECRET/SCI CLEARANCE - You must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance based on SSBI with eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
  • DRUG TESTING -This position is a testing designated position (TDP) in accordance with (IAW) Drug Free Federal Workplace Program. You will agree to submit to urinalysis testing on a recurring basis. You are required to sign a DA Form 5019 form.
  • POLYGRAPH - You must be willing to take and successfully pass a Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph (CI/Poly).
  • TDY - Requires approximately 5% TDY (temporary business travel).

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience.

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as: assisting in development of visualization tools to display a common operating picture (COP); providing SharePoint guidance and resolving SharePoint problems; assisting with uploading and transmitting operation orders and/or other written products.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
