As a Senior Investigator (Whistleblower Reprisal) you will be responsible for:

You may qualify for the GS-14 level, if you fulfill the following qualifications requirements:
Specialized Experience: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience at the equivalent GS-13 level planning and conducting all aspects of reprisal investigations, to include preparing investigative plans, interviewing witnesses, and collecting and analyzing evidence. Applicants must have experience researching and applying federal whistleblower protection statutes and demonstrated experience analyzing and reviewing evidence, collecting relevant details from interviews, statements, and reports; developing written reports, presenting findings and recommendations of reprisal investigations.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills, and can provide valuable training and experience that translates to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
