As a Supervisory Information Specialist (Systems Analyst), GS-2210-15, you will serve as Deputy Director responsible for providing leadership and direction over the activities of the group that includes the development, implementation, and maintenance of the IT budgets, contracts, procurements, policies, communications and outreach that support the strategic goals and business drives fo the Agency.

Plan and direct an ongoing capital planning and investment control program for managing CMS IT investments to ensures that IT resources are acquired and managed effectively and innovative processes and technologies are adopted.
Direct activities to support day-to-day OIT budget execution: monitors funding levels and contract burn rates, manages award fees, conducts regular oversight of contract provisions, and recommends corrective actions when necessary.
