Help

Work schedule will be a rotating schedule which covers early mornings, late evenings, split shifts and weekends. 

Qualifications

Must possess general knowledge of Youth center and its operation.  A general knowledge of clerical procedures is required.  Experience in the operation of a personal computer and software programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access is required.  Experience working with military families and an understanding of military lifestyles is preferred.  Experience with cash handling required.  Must possess excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects with deadline achievement.  Must possess valid driver’s license.  Must be 18 years of age and a high school graduate or equivalent AND 2 years of administrative experience.  Ability to favorably pass pre-employment physical, provide evidence of immunization and be free from communicable disease.
