The major duties of this position include the following:
Studies and analyzes work operations and makes changes in workflow, methods, priorities, ect. to assure timely accomplishment of assigned workload.
Estimates and advises supervisor as to expected time of completion of work in relation to priorities or deadlines.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
1. Qualifying Experience: There is no specific length of training or experience required. I am consulted by other employees or in difficult situations regarding performance of the following duties: I have served as a Precision Measurement Equipment Calibrator Supervisor supervising employees in the calibration and repair of a wide range of calibration standards, participating in studies, making determinations to determine the test equipment limitations, and executing the administration and personnel management responsibilities.

Have performed the majority of the following duties with minimal supervision: plan, direct, and oversee the functions designed to increase the effectiveness of the calibration and repair program.

Have performed the majority of the following duties under close supervision: perform simple Precision Measurement Equipment Calibrator Supervisor tasks and completed training as a Precision Measurement Equipment Calibrator Supervisor.
Physical Effort:
