If you are selected for this position, some of the duties you will be responsible for are:
planning, analyzing, implementing and maintaining of information systems to ensure the availability of security programs, policies, and procedures utilized within the OIG,;
identifying, implementing, and assessing IT security controls;
ensuring systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with IT policies;
serving as a principal advisor on all matters involving IT security systems;
You must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Qualifications
Applicants for this position must meet the Selective Placement Factor: Ability to certify government information systems both classified and unclassified. Applicants that do not meet the selective placement factor will be ineligible for this position. To demonstrate this skill, applicants must posses:
Experience certifying information systems and networks accreditation in accordance with NIST 800-53; and
Experience developing approaches that meet network requirements, and develop and revise existing policy;
