You will serve as an Information Technology Specialist (Customer Support) in the Industrial Systems, NWI & Configuration Management Branch, (Code 109.44) of PSNS and IMF.

You will consult with customers to identify and specify requirements.
You will diagnose and resolves multiple levels of customer reported incidents.
You will analyze system requirements in response to new or future business requirements, risks, and costs.
You will develop desk guides and process instructions to document Computer Aided Technologies and Computer Aided Design requirements and post on Information Technology and Cyber Security home page for customer use.
You will utilize the customer request/reporting system to identify trends and develop metrics.
You will research, evaluate, and report on trends and patterns of customer reported issues.
You will ensure the rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of customer support service in accordance with command guidance.
You will provide technical support to the Computer Aided Engineering and Manufacturing community, performing work necessary to plan, design, develop, acquire, document, test, implement, integrate, maintain and modify systems.
You will collaborate across organizational departments and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot CAD/CAM application issues.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
