Duties

Help
  • Provide technical and project management process support in delivering fully integrated and operational DCMA strategic FMS and DoD Reimbursable project plans.
  • Support efforts to develop FMS and DoD Reimbursable operating guidance, test and exercise performance objectives, and implementation plans used in reporting project performance to the Director, DCMA.
  • Evaluate and analyze FMS and DoD Reimbursable project performance results and provide technical advice to a Senior Leadership Team.
  • Integrate Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process to ensure appropriate strategic planning, performance, and results reporting.

Qualifications

To qualify for a Program Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support:

A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-14, level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:

  • Designing, developing, implementing and executing FMS and DoD Reimbursable strategic planning management processes and activities.
  • Preparing and/or coordinating FMS and DoD Reimbursable briefings, special reports, responses to data requests for use by the Agency Director and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
  • Planning, developing, and carrying out studies and analyses of FMS and DoD Reimbursable contract management core functional competency information as it relates to responding to customer requirements while implementing new processes.
