Assists in planning, organizing, and implementing tours to historical, shopping, and informational places of interest for groups, clubs, and individuals. Recommends new programs to include the types of trips and the resources required. Gathers all information about areas and sites to be visited. Assists management in conducting resale inventory and ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained. Receives and resolves customer complaints and requests. Actively seeks facts on hotels/motels, attractions, and community events. Maintains a necessary stock of entertainment admission vouchers for all local theme parks, concerts, and special events for North Dakota. Assists individuals with special interest to develop personalized tours for clubs and special interest groups. Assists in establishing and maintaining frequent contact with promoters, managers, and representatives to ensure ITT is current on all tickets to events and attractions. Conceives, investigates, plans, organizes, executes, and frequently escorts tours. Arranges for supplies, equipment, and services to be needed to accomplish scheduled activities with budget allowances. Assures administrative management of the operation conforms with applicable guidelines. Develops, implements, and maintains the ITT publicity program.
May operate one or more motor vehicles to include buses, light trucks, sedans, and vans weighing up to 10,000 pounds on and off the installation.

Qualifying Experience:
Must have experience which provides a general familiarity and understanding of the purpose of recreational programs as they relate to an ITT operation. Requires experience which has demonstrated aptitude and ability, accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to apply well established ticket and tour internal control procedures and techniques. Cash handling and resource protection experience is required. Requires tact and courtesy in dealing with internal and external customers. Familiarity with NAF purchasing procedures, knowledge of sources, transportation methods, and payment procedures. Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing. Experience which has provided a general familiarity with the routines and procedures for the ticket and tour operation. This position is a position of trust. Must have the ability to operate a motor vehicle in a safe manner.
