As project manager serves as primary point of contact for assigned responsible for the overall management, control, coordination, execution of assigned projects and District resources.

Controls and manages project milestones and budgets from project inception to closeout.
The incumbent is responsible for providing complete and accurate schedules and budgetary data for projects in a timely manner.
Project Manager is responsible to lead the product delivery team, either in house or Architect-Engineer firm, in the execution of design and construction for assigned projects.
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 5% of the time.

3. Experience with coordinating multidisciplinary teams and sponsor/customer requirements and communicating project progress, issues and impacts.
