Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Assisting in conducting inspections of shipments; 2) Counseling personnel on transportation services; and 3) Reviewing shipping documents for accuracy. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).

Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as Transportation Management, Transportation Planning, Logistics Management, or another related field.

Proficiency Required:This position requires a qualified typist. A qualified typist can type 40 words per minute based on a 5 minute sample with three or fewer errors.
