This position is located at the National Ground Intelligence Center, Information Technology Directorate, Charlottesville, VA 22911.
Senior Information Technology (IT) Advisor and recognized expert for various IT disciplines, including enterprise architecture, systems engineering, software development, and virtualized and cloud computing environments.
Analyzes, plans, designs, documents, assesses, and manages the IT enterprise structural framework to align IT systems with the mission, goals, and business processes of the organization.
Guides the development, implementation, and ensures compliance with plans, policies, standards, infrastructures, and architectures that establish the framework for the management of all IT programs.
Provides guidance, support, and coordination to customers, IT project teams, and the IT Director to prioritize research and implementation activities, presenting reasoned and compelling counsel.
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
Two year trial/probationary period may be required.
In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.

One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GG/GS-14 grade level in the Federal service which includes experience in Cybersecurity and Risk Management Framework, Program/Project Management, IT Portfolio Management, DevSecOps pipeline implementation, Agile software development, data design and analytics, data engineering, ITSM, Intelligence Community regulations, Intelligence Community IT Environment, and cloud computing (Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service, Software as a Service, etc.)
For this position, individuals must also have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.
