Duties

Help
  • Coordinates customer experience strategy and project creation to improve customer pain points or touchpoints.
  • Leads special projects that improve customer, digital, and employee experience and improve agency operations.
  • Builds linkages between people and work efforts across organizations, developing journey maps to identify best practices and perceived pain points, and conduct planning, analysis or project management to improve results.
  • Conducts in-depth analysis that leverages quantitative and qualitative data to understand the root cause drivers for significant organizational and performance related challenges.

Qualifications

Applicants must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level in the Federal Government (or equivalent) performing all of the following:

  • Using data-driven insights to identify, prioritize, and develop initiatives to alleviate or resolve customer experience pain points.
  • Leading project and change management for cross-functional, enterprise programs to achieve organizational strategic objectives.
  • Facilitating conversations with senior executives, agency leadership, and inter-agency partners and stakeholders.
  • Generating innovative and creative solutions, including technology-enabled programs, to address organizational challenges AND
  • Preparing or reviewing materials to support decision-making and alignment.

You must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
