The Enterprise Emerging Leaders Program (EELP) is a developmental program that provides entry level talent with a broad knowledge of the agency and its core functions through rotational opportunities, professional development training, and shadowing experiences to ensure that new hires gain the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to successfully perform in positions across the agency.
We are looking for students/recent grads to hire into our entry level leadership development program. This program facilitates the college-to-career transition by providing opportunities in a variety of career tracks. You will:
- Complete 6 rotational assignments, training, networking, and developmental opportunities designed to build technical and leadership skills; and
- Develop broad knowledge of the agency and its core functions
