You will operate advanced wastewater treatments systems including activated sludge processes, biological nutrient removal processes, chemical feeds systems, ultraviolet disinfecting systems, and advanced sludge treatment processes.
You will perform laboratory test and records data for temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, settleable solids, and other applicable process and
treatment requirements.
You will check and operates large outlying pump stations for conveyance of wastewater.
You will perform operational and function test such as flow rates, statics, pumping levels, and makes adjustment as necessary to ensure proper
operation within allowable tolerances.
You will determine process control parameters such as feed rates, detention times, chemical addition, and mixing volumes to ensure proper
performance of treatment systems.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
