Help

As a Supervisory Program Analyst (Sharepoint Administrator), you will:

  • Provide guidance to team on all aspects of SharePoint site collection administration such as management of permissions and restricts and revokes access where necessary.
  • Coordinate with all OHI Regional Offices and Business Lines to provide expert recommendations requiring extensive coordination in integrating automation and production technologies to increase productivity and efficiencies throughout Office of Healthcare Inspections.
  • Make authoritative recommendations on OHI resource management and allocation to senior management based on study findings, with a significant portion of the organization's budget involved.
  • Serve as business integration point-of-contact for resolving technical issues and provides guidance to management in pursuing innovative solutions to website and content management, applications development and database management, and information technology infrastructure and security supporting these solutions.
  • Provide authoritative advice to other analysts to support effective and efficient business integration in areas such as disaster recovery, capacity planning, applications development, hardware strategy, and operating systems security.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE for GS-14: One year of experience at the GS-13 level, or equivalent, that is directly related to the position as listed in this announcement, and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully accomplish the duties of the position, which include:

- Direct the day-to-day administration of SharePoint site collection and development for an organization; AND
- Assist and train staff on new and existing SharePoint application software; AND
- Developing program objectives, evaluating methods, and developing solutions to improve quality of service and overall performance.

In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-14, you must have been at the GS-13level for 52 weeks.

Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a nontemporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.

Conditions of Employment (CONTINUED):

-Travel nationwide under tight deadlines. The incumbent should anticipate frequent walking and standing as a component of this travel.
