Duties

Ensures security of all guests is maintained at all times.
Must possess a welcoming manner and positive attitude: demonstrate effective communication skills.
Performs custodial duties as required inside and outside of buildings including but not limited to, trash/garbage removal, sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, washing walls/windows, and sanitizing bathrooms.
Cleans all lobbies, passageways, stairwells, laundry rooms, public restrooms, and other common use areas in and around the building.
Performs deep cleaning as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Ability to sustain considerable walking, standing, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 45 pounds.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English both verbally and in writing with management, staff and guests.

Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or U.S. National.
Must meet Federal Employment suitability requirements and successful completion of background investigation. Background investigations are conducted using fingerprint identification and completion of background inquiry forms.

A qualified candidate possesses the following:

Knowledge of a variety of chemical and cleaning agents.
Skill to use a variety of household and industrial equipment and attachments.
Skill to operate, clean, and make adjustments to powered cleaning equipment.
Physical ability to move furniture, lift and move objects over 45 1bs, walk, bend, stoop, and stand on a routine basis.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, and possess strong interpersonal communication skill.
