Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying engineering concepts, principles and practices applicable to the full range of engineering disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, architectural and environmental) required for the design, layout, execution processes of construction operations in order to provide input on construction projects; 2) Ensuring compliance of quality control plans for construction projects; 3) Making recommendations to resolve problems encountered during construction operations; 4) Interpreting construction guidance specifications for the purpose of monitoring contract compliance; and 5) Reviewing and enforcing the management of a contractor's safety program assuring adherence to contract requirements.
