As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will serve as the Division Director. The Director for IT Services Business and Operations Division plans, manages, directs, and coordinates, as appropriate, the programs and activities relating to the management and delivery of a wide range of Information Technology (IT) solutions and services to government customers worldwide. The Division Director:
•Plans, directs, and executes the operational activities of the Information Technology Category, Business and Operations Division for current and future Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts to assure compliance with GSA and FAS regulations and established policies and protection of the Government's interests and investments.
• Establishes and implements programs and project plans for the improvement of management and operations. Provides category market, spend, and customer analysis. Monitors progress in meeting Information Technology Category metrics.
• Performs budget formulation and tracks progress in meeting metrics.
• Directs the performance of research to assist executives, program managers, customers, internal and external stakeholders in making effective decisions to implement plans and programs for improvement of program operations, product offerings, business processes or systems.
• Maintains a wide range of contacts with customer agencies, Executive Office of the President, Office of Management and Budget, Information Technology companies and industry associations to ensure that the program remains current on new and/or emerging technology and trends in the industry.
• Manages the human resources of the Division.
• Assigns work, plans, and schedules the work of subordinates, provides guidance counsels to subordinates on all employment-related issues, establishes, and modifies employee position descriptions, makes selections for employment and promotion.
• Establishes employee performance standards, evaluates employee performance, takes actions to correct employee misconduct or unacceptable performance up to and including removal, awards employee performance.
• Establishes Division practices for granting employee leave requests, and grants employee leave requests.

To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher in the Federal service.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Specialized experience is defined as work involving the review and analyses of program data and comparing it to regulations, policy, procedures or other program criteria; directing the work of team leaders performing comprehensive analyses of agency program practices, or operations, presenting complex and strategic issues, and reviewing the results of analyses with high level program managers and Senior Executives.
