INTRODUCTION:This position is located at the following Precision Measurement Equipment Labs (PMEL's): 102nd/Otis ANG, MA; 127th/Selfridge, ANG, MI; 148th/Duluth, ANG, MN and 190th/Forbes ANG, KS.The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the primary point of contact, subject matter expert, and adviser to the Regional Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) superintendent/director for all administrative support programs assigned; such as, task management, Government Travel Card (GTC) program, Organizational Defense Travel System (DTS) Administrator, Government Purchase Card (GPC) Holder/Approving Official, safety program, Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) accounts, Security Manager, supply program, Records Custodian (RC), Resource Adviser (RA), Training Program Manager, Awards/Recognition Program Manager, Cybersecurity Liaison, and Antiterrorism Representative, etc.

MAJOR DUTIES:

1. Directly assists the superintendent/director in the management of all administrative support program functions.
2. Serves as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs.
3. Serves as a liaison to the civilian personnel office.
4. Performs other clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization.
5. Receives telephone calls and greets visitors. Ascertains the nature of the calls or visits.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Applicants who have the 1 year of appropriate specialized experience, as indicated in the table, are not required by this standard to have general experience, education above the high school level, or any additional specialized experience to meet the minimum qualification requirements.
