In this position, you will serve as an IT Cybersecurity Specialist (Program Manager). Typical work assignments include:
Developing and maintaining a strategic plan for multiple services that informs the enterprise strategic plan.
Evaluating needs analysis to determine opportunities for new and improved business process solutions.
Providing enterprise cybersecurity, infrastructure, and supply chain risk management guidance for development of various plans and reports.
Developing plans to ensure that all acquisitions, procurements, and outsourcing efforts address requirements consistent with organization goals.
Acting as the stakeholder for all underlying information (IT) operational processes and functions that support the enterprise, provide direction and monitor all significant activities so the services are delivered successfully.

Basic Requirement:
GS-15: You qualify for the GS-15 grade level if you possess information technology related experience demonstrating each of the four required competencies:
Attention to Detail: Reviewing operational plans for implementation.

Oral Communication: Providing information to senior management.
Problem Solving: Determining what corrections are needed to mitigate risks and safeguard private information.

Specialized Experience:
GS-15: You qualify for the GS-15 grade level (starting salary $155,700) if you possess one year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level performing the following duties:
Studying, reviewing, and analyzing cybersecurity and infrastructure plans and operations to determine risks and develop and communicate improved business process solutions to mitigate that risk.
Serving as advisor to managers and decision makers on cybersecurity and infrastructure projects and initiatives.
Developing and maintaining strategic plans for cybersecurity and infrastructure enterprises.
Providing guidance and oversight on the acquisition process for information security requirements.
Preparing and presenting synopses and reports on cybersecurity and infrastructure research, development, integration, risk management, and implementation efforts.
