We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our operations team in the Office of Legislative Computer Systems. This is a mid-level position where you can use your expertise to help us deploy next level cloud applications for our stakeholders. You will be a key technical resource implementing architectural designs, managing configurations and installation of cloud-based applications, and providing operational support of cloud infrastructures.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of three years of experience providing operational support in Azure, AWS, or Google.
  • Be familiar with DevOps methodology and tools such as Git, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
  • Has experience writing scripts in Bash or PowerShell.
  • Ability to work under pressure and work after hours and weekends on as needed basis.
  • A team player with strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and resolve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in fulfillment of all responsibilities.
