Duties

Help
  • Serve as Supervisory IT Specialist with responsibility for overseeing and ensuring the integration of all architecture artifacts (AMCOM Mission Enclave (AME) System Manager) into an integrated Enterprise Architecture.
  • Ensuring systems engineering includes accurate operational, resource requirements, implementation time and life cycle cost estimates.
  • Ensure effective integration of plans, programs, and operations encompassing a wide range of information systems/functional components by enforcing compliance with organizations enterprise architecture standards and reporting requirements.
  • Provide enterprise architecture guidance, support, and coordination to customers and IT project teams.
  • Responsible for Information Technology Architecture, systems engineering (SE) and SE project management, analysis, design, development, maintenance, documentation, and implementation of standard Army information systems.
  • Responsible for insuring systems engineering (SE) includes accurate operational, resource requirements, implementation time and life cycle cost estimates.
  • Serve as the technical expert in IT system engineering evaluating user needs, develops overall plans, while coordinating with required ADP activities on present and future requirements.
  • Perform the full range of administrative and technical supervisory duties.

Specialized Experience: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03/GS13 pay band level in the Federal service which includes experience in overseeing and ensuring the integration of all architecture artifacts into an integrated Enterprise Architecture and insuring systems engineering includes accurate operational, resource requirements, implementation time and life cycle cost estimates.

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (NH-03/GS-13).
