Summary
The USAID Internship Program (Fall 2022) is designed to provide Interns with substantive work assignments, which expose them to the benefits of a Federal career. The program provides valuable opportunities for Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology students to gain hands-on experience in applied research and to form professional relationships with USAID HR specialists and I/O Psychologists.
All U.S. citizens who are accepted for enrollment or are currently enrolled and seeking a degree (diploma, 1-year certificate, etc.) in a qualifying educational institution on a full or half-time basis.
You will conduct statistical analyses of data, to include descriptive statistics, correlational analyses, and significance testing, using statistical software.
You will complete research tasks as part of the management of large, complex projects or programs.
You will assist with developing and delivering presentations to various stakeholder groups explaining statistical analyses and study results
You will prepare written materials, develop a variety of reports, and briefings.

Eligibility Requirements
GS-9 - Completion of 2 academic years of graduate-level education, a master's degree, or equivalent graduate degree.
GS-11- Applicants currently enrolled in a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M.
