Responsible for interpreting findings resulting from studies that are independently developed.

Duties

Help

  • Monitor inventory management and supply management activities.
  • Inventory control analysis, risk assessment analysis, and/or workplace safety analysis.
  • Interpret and implement new or revised organizational policies, regulations or procedures.
  • Analyze findings of studies, reports, management summaries and briefing papers to assess program operations.
  • Develop comprehensive reports of the effectiveness and efficiency of management operations.
  • Gather, compile and analyze data in order to provide recommendations.
  • Draft reports on the administrative and program implications of policy and program proposals

Qualifications

You qualify at the GS-11 level, if you meet one of the following qualification requirements:

A: Completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or an LL.M., if related. OR

B: I qualify for this position at the GS-11 level because I have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-09 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: analyzing the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of conventional problems involving program operations; reviewing the effectiveness of policies and procedures related to the management and administration of financial and budgeting operations; gathering and organizing statistical information to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of program operations; and drafting recommendations for modifying, revising, or implementing procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of program operations. OR

C. I qualify for this position at the GS-11 level because I have a combination of post baccalaureate education and experience that meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position.
