Performs daily housekeeping duties which includes dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming and/or sweeping, cleaning/sanitizing bathrooms and kitchen area, trash removal, checking condition of assets and reporting problems to supervisor and responding to patron requests. Demonstrates a welcoming manner and effective communication skills. Professionally interact with patrons. Provides assistance in handling customer complaints. Performs deep cleaning as required to include defrosting refrigerator, cleaning windows, and cleaning floors. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Participation in the Direct Deposit/Electronic Fund Transfer within 30 days of employment is required. We utilize E-Verify to confirm selectee’s eligibility to work in the United States
Maybe required to possess valid driver’s license as travel to other facilities within normal scope of duties may be required
Physical exertion is involved in standing and walking for long periods, some bending, stooping and lifting is required
Qualifications
Must have general knowledge of cleaning procedures, cleaning equipment, commonly used chemicals (including MSDS) and basic safety is required. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing with management, staff and patrons. Subject to possibility of workdays on weekends and holidays, as well as, rotating shifts. Complete physical examination at a military medical facility maybe required for fitness for duty requirement. Maybe required to possess valid driver’s license as travel to other facilities within normal scope of duties may be required. This position is subject to passing a favorable national background check.
