    Working as a Management and Program Analyst in the Customer Access and Support Division, you will carry out a variety of moderately complex administrative assignments involving different and unrelated processes and methods. Independently perform assignments keeping the supervisor apprised of significant issues and is relied upon for technical determinations within scope of assignments or area of responsibilities. Interpret guidelines; analyzes options; and applies a resolution to specific cases or problems. Complete reports and/or recommendations influencing management decisions and/or customer perception of services provided.
