This position is located in the Office of Research & Analysis (ORA), which reports to the Chief of Staff. In this position, you will be responsible for:

-Conducting arts research and evaluation studies of Agency programs and initiatives; designing and administering high-quality research instruments and/or protocols to collect data; and analyzing and reporting quantitative and qualitative data and information;

-Coordinating the development, updating, and implementation of the Agency's Learning Agenda, including conducting studies and analyses on the agenda;

-Serving as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for research and evaluation contracts.

-Supporting pre- and post-award management of arts research grants and cooperative and interagency agreements.

Qualifications

In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirement:

GS-12:

You must have at least one year of full-time specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-11 level in the Federal service, with experience in performing of the following duties: 1) assisting with conducting research and evaluation studies; analyzing and reporting quantitative and qualitative data and information; 2) performing Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or similar duties, including the preparation of statements of work and review of proposals; and 3) performing grants management duties, including supporting the pre- and post-award management of research grants and cooperative and interagency agreements.

GS-13:

You must have at least one year of full-time specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-12 level in the Federal service, with experience performing the following duties: 1) conducting complex research and evaluation studies; designing and administering high-quality research instruments and/or protocols to collect data; analyzing and reporting quantitative and qualitative data and information; 2) performing the full range of Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or similar duties duties, including the preparation of statements of work, review of proposals, and technical oversight of contractors; and 3) performing a full range of grants management duties, including supporting the pre- and post-award management of research grants and cooperative and interagency agreements.
