This position is located in the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), Agency Services (A), Information Security Oversight Office (AISOO), Controlled Unclassified Information Office (CUIO). The CUIO develops policy guidance for the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) program. The incumbent serves as a Senior Program Analyst and as the Team Lead.

Duties

As a PROGRAM ANALYST, you will:
- Formulate and develop policy positions, including analysis of law, regulation, and Government-wide policy, as they relate to the CUI program, for consideration by senior leadership.
- Collect, update, and develop materials to keep Department management apprised of significant activity with agency controlled unclassified information programs.
- Analyze agency CUI policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Executive Order 13556 and its implementing directive.

The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.

Specialized Experience for the GS-14 level: You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience for this position includes All of the following:

- Inspecting, evaluating, or analyzing agency controlled unclassified information programs, policies, or practices in order to determine the degree of agency compliance with Executive Order 13556, ISOO directives, and/or applicable agency regulations. AND
- Providing and communicating information to agencies on matters related to controlled unclassified information programs. AND
- Assisting in the analysis of results and providing recommendations to senior management.

In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-14, you must have been at the GS-13level for 52 weeks.
