    OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

    The primary purpose of this position: To apply advanced computer programming, software engineering best practices, and cyber security principles for the development, assessment, and fielding of AF and Joint cyberspace tools and weapons.

    Responsibilities

    • Develops, creates, maintains, and codes new (or modifies existing) cyber capabilities, computer applications, software, or specialized utility programs.
    • Serves as Project Manager overseeing technical teams developing, assessing, fielding, training and exercising cyber, computer, and network tools, systems, and capabilities associated with offensive, defensive, and C2 cyberspace operations.
    • Leads technical teams developing, assessing, and fielding cyber, computer, and network tools, systems, and capabilities associated with offensive, defensive, and command and control cyberspace operations.
    • Attends meetings and conferences and performs administrative actions to document development, training, and exercise activities associated with new and modified cyberspace capabilities.
