Summary
You will serve as a Program Analyst for the Utilities Division, Public Works Department (PWD) Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH) of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND HAWAII.

You will support the Utilities Division with installation-level resource analysis and reporting requirements.
You will provide financial oversight of the Division?s annual budget.
You will provide management support services in the areas of program cost analysis, annual/multi-year/long range fiscal planning, and development of annual work-plans.
You will conduct data queries and prepare reports to inform managers as to the status and potential problem areas relating to individuals projects.
You will serve as program analyst and advisor to management on sustainment and utility program execution and program costs, budget analysis and distribution, annual fiscal and program planning.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting in managing a department's budget by tracking expenditures; preparing funding requests; allocating funds to specific areas, etc.;2) Collecting and analyzing financial data and information to prepare financial status reports for management;3) Monitoring funding for work orders through various NAVFAC systems such as Maximo, eTracker, Funds Work Flow, NAVFAC Collaboration Services (NCS), etc.
