Duties

Help
  • You will provide financial oversight and support to the Test and Evaluation Division of the Research, Development, Test and Evaluation Department.
  • You will perform analysis and advisory assignments related to the effectiveness of government programs and/or the efficiency of the management of government operations.
  • You will work with Department and other Division PBFMs to act as Comptroller's point of contact for financial information and data calls.
  • You will provide advice and guidance to management officials and project managers on all aspects of budget development, budget execution, financial management, and financial transactions.
  • You will coordinate with division staff on financial aspects of workload planning and resource leveling.
  • You will assist the division director in developing cost performance metrics and measures for the department head.
  • You will act as a contracting officer's representative (COR) for department/division contracts, and accepts invoices via wide-area-workflow (WAWF) as assigned.
  • You will provide financial review of department and division procurement actions.
  • You will review labor performance and recommends labor cost transfers, correction of labor rejects, and other financial actions to management officials.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing analysis and advisory assignments related to the effectiveness of government programs and/or the efficiency of the management of government operations. Knowledge of and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software; experience with Navy ERP preferred. Examples of Qualifying Experience are, but not limited to: Experience with Foreign Material Acquisition & Exploitation and Industrial Radiography.
