Provide expertise with strategic marketing, communication, and business objectives.

Specialized Experience GS-13: Implementing and managing comprehensive Public Affairs program/ initiatives; independently handling a wide range of difficult and complex communication/publication information about the organizations missions and programs; interacting with the organizations leadership, staff, and the general public to assure Public Affairs program effectiveness; and participating in media events, conferences, workshops, training, to include the presentation of approved briefings and/or speeches.

This position may be filled as a term appointment NTE (4 years), in increments of 13 months and may be extended to reach a maximum 6 years total service if the candidate is not a current permanent DoDEA employee.
