    This position is located in the Engineering and Environmental Staff, Assistant Administrator Water and Environmental Programs - Rural Development - Rural Utilities Service. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a resource to headquarters (HQ) and field staff regarding the environmental and historic preservation and cultural resources.

    The selectees for this position will be expected to report to their place of duty in Washington D.C. at the agencies direction.
