This position is located at Ramstein AB, Germany at the Aquatics Center.
Plans, organizes, implements, and executes instruction for young adults and adults in a group and/or individual setting for at least one or more areas of specialty instruction that include swimming, aquatic exercise, certification courses etc.
Plans, organizes, implements, and executes instruction for young adults and adults in a group and/or individual settings for at least one or more areas of specialty instruction that include swimming, aquatic exercise, aerobics class, certification courses etc. Coordinates the planning and scheduling of all classes, programs and/or events with direct supervisor, Aquatics Director, and/or Programmer. Work with the facility Programmer to ensure classes are promoted through marketing channels. Provide feedback about programs to supervisor. Ensure feedback is given to students or participants. Acts as a liaison between the Aquatic Center and the participants to enforce and explain operational procedures, Health and Safety rules, class policies, payments and other program information. Responsible for setting up and taking down all support equipment prior to and after scheduled class time. Communicate equipment needs to supervisor in a timely manner. Organizes and assist with the up keep and cleanliness of equipment and storage areas. Assures compliance with facilities operating instruction and program must meet current AF program requirements. Receives and settles complaints or reports the more serious problems to the supervisor on duty and/or Aquatics Director. May perform other related duties as assigned for daily operations of the facility.
