Duties

Help
  • Assists the Business Manager in directing the operations and supervision of multiple food service facilities.
  • Sets the pace and works with employees. Checks work in progress to ensure compliance with established methods. Maintains clean and orderly work areas.
  • Orders and receives supplies, stores and stocks supply items in all assigned facilities, also responsible for cleaning, inventory, stocking and organizing each facility on a daily basis.
  • Performs food service and cashiering duties a required. Completes cash reports, and makes daily deposits.
  • Orients new employees to work situations, compliance with health and safety standards, proper use and storage of tools and equipment.
  • Occasionally may be required to work in any of the food service facilities when necessary. Provides administrative support as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • A one year probationary period may be required.
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
  • Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty.
  • Shift may vary due to mission; days, nights, weekends and holidays are required. Must be able to work an uncommon tour of duty.
  • The ability to obtain (within first six months of employment) and maintain a Food Protection Manager Certification acquired through an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited agency is required.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license to drive government vehicles to make bake runs.
  • Uniforms and name tags are provided and required.

Qualifications

Qualifications must be clearly verifiable in your resume.
-Must have cash handling experience to include direct handling of cash items, and use of cash accountability control methods.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, stressful environment.
-Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly Preferred Criteria
All answers to the Highly Preferred criteria must be demonstrated in your resume to get credit.

-MWR work experience.
-Experience in supervising and training staff.
-Experience with Rec Trac or an equivalent POS system
