You will be responsible for the development and conduct of educational courses and programs; instruction and academic counseling of Midshipmen, and assuming a share of departmental and other academic responsibilities. In addition, the incumbent’s background and credentials demonstrate the ability to teach classes in Physical Education and perform the duties of Head Coach Women’s Soccer.
The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and experienced professional who works to support the Mission of the USMMA. They must be capable of adjusting to various work environments, physical demands, and schedules. They must be able to work well within the structure of the soccer staff and must be positive contributor.

Qualifications
To be qualified for this position, you must meet the education requirements and have experience teaching college level classes in the required field of study.
To qualify for a Sports Specialist (Head Coach Women’s Soccer), you must have:
At least 1 academic year of teaching Physical Education, Physical Fitness, or similar related courses above the high school level or 1 sports season of full time experience (or equivalent) coaching and recruiting for a Women's Soccer Program at the college or university level.
