Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Resolving human resources (HR) issues in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures; 2) Providing technical HR guidance to applicants/customers; and 3) Researching and applying HR rules and regulations to solve less complex problems. Completed A bachelor's degree that meets the requirements for a GS-201-07 under Superior Academic Achievement through one of the following methods: (Note: No more than 10% of academic credit can be based on pass/fail or similar non-traditional grading systems.
