As a Building Manager, you will provide occupants of both Federal Government buildings and privately leased space with safe, secure, clean, and sustainable facilities.
Location of Position: The duty station of the position will be a Region 3 building in the following locations: Martinsburg, WV. & Wheeling, WV.
We are currently filling one vacancy at each location, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-12 salary range starts at $77,488.00
If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
GS-12 To qualify, you must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as evaluating policies and implementing programs related to the operation and maintenance of medium size (e.g. 500K sq ft), multi-level, commercial buildings (or equivalent non-housing high rise building) and leased space; analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of building operations, automated systems, and mechanical equipment; establishing and maintaining customer satisfaction programs that include feedback mechanisms used to evaluate the effectiveness of services provided; and managing or monitoring real property budgetary and financial data.
NOTE: Qualifications are based on length and level of experience. Therefore, in addition to describing duties performed, applicants must provide the exact dates of each period of employment (from month/year to month/year) and the number of hours per week if part time.
