The incumbent serves as the primary administrator of the automated equal employment opportunity (EEO) complaints
and alternate dispute resolution (ADR) tracking systems for complaints filed against the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), and other entities as required.
- Planning and conducting on-site compliance reviews
- Preparing complete reports of contractor compliance.
- Meeting with top management officials to explain the purpose of the review, explain necessary requirements, resolve problems, and discuss findings.
