Summary

Provides technical leadership, administrative control, and oversight of all systems optimization and analysis, hardware and software enhancements, and installation of new and existing hardware and operating systems.
Manages contracts, Data Center budget estimates, and capital costs.
Provides the primary management, leadership and guidance in network and systems design to ensure implementation of appropriate system security policies.
Provides technical leadership and the DCAA lT point of contact for major DoD initiatives and directives for automated systems.

Specialized Experience: In addition to meeting the basic requirement, you must have one year specialized experience at the GS-13 or equivalent level. Specialized experience must be documented in your resume. Specialized experience includes oversight of and direct input to technical IT network and systems design, cybersecurity policies or risk assessment; management of automated systems initiatives such as or similar to Federal Data Center Consolidation Initiative, Cloud First, 4th Estate Network Optimization, etc.; and supervising a staff of IT professionals.
