As a Supv IT Cybersecurity Specialist at the NH-2210-4 some of your typical work assignments may include:

An Information Assurance (IA) Certification is a condition of employment, with baseline and specialty certifications required at the IA Management Level III qualification and experience levels. Per DoD 8570.01-M, the incumbent of this position must achieve the appropriate IA certification at the IAM Ill level within six months of assignment of these duties. Failure to receive the proper IA certification may result in removal from this position.
This position is designated as a key position. Duties of this position are essential to the accomplishment of wartime/contingency operations. Incumbents of key positions must be removed from their military recall status if alternative for filling of the position during an emergency are not available.
An Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification is desirable, but not mandatory to be referred for this position.
