As an PARALEGAL SPECIALIST Intern, your major duties may include:
Preparing factual outlines and summaries from transcripts of hearing reviewing filings, briefs and settlement proposals.
Preparing drafts of decisions, orders, and notices, based upon results of the legal research, in cases before an Administrative Law Judge.
