Duties

Help
  • Works under general supervision.
  • Cleans rooms, corridors, stairways, and other areas.
  • Operates industrial equipment to clean rugs, drapes, etc.
  • Performs routine maintenance on equipment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • A one year probationary period may be required.
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
  • Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty.
  • Satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, including a medical examination.
  • Completion of a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
  • Must be willing and able to work a rotating shift which includes early mornings, days, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to bend, push, pull, lift and move items or carts weighing up to 40 pounds and occasionally over 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand and walk on hard and carpeted surfaces.

1) Must have knowledge, skills and ability to perform the duties listed above in the Responsibilities Section.
2) The ability to use and maintain the tools and equipment of the trade.
3) Keep the assigned work area neat and clean.
4) Be able to communicate both orally and in writing.
