The position is located in the Human Resources Division of the Office of the Executive Director and reports to the Employee Development Branch Chief. As the program manager for one of the agency's leadership development programs, you will provide technical direction, administration, development, implementation, and management of programs including academic programs, individual skill development and technical training, leadership development and other assigned areas which involve developing strategies and intervention in the areas of training and development that support the Commission's mission.
