The primary purpose of this position is supporting strategy measurement, development, and execution, supporting portfolio and program management implementation, coordinating with key internal and external stakeholders, and developing briefings, reports, and other major deliverables.
Duties performed:
Conduct program and project management to define and execute enterprise objectives and operational priorities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization, ensuring adherence to a rigorous, disciplined program/project lifecycle, and leverage program/project management best practices.
Support the organization's effort toward greater data-driven analysis, operations and decision making, including enterprise program reviews, implementation of success measures, key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, trending, analytics, and reporting.
Support development, execution, and monitoring of the Strategic Plan, strategic objectives, and operational plans.
